Cotton Farrell, P.C.
Charles L. Cotton's practice focuses on representing
clients in personal injury and family law matters, and he also has almost
twenty years experience in several other areas of civil trial practice
including, commercial, construction, toxic tort, medical malpractice,
professional malpractice and contract matters, which are also a part of his
practice. He has tried both jury and non-jury cases in Texas Courts in several
Counties and has represented clients in federal courts throughout the State of
Texas.
Mr. Cotton is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Harris County Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center in 1987, having previously been a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Cotton is AV rated by Martindale Hubble in its Peer Review Rating system, the highest rating awarded.
William H. Farrell's practice focuses on personal injury matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He also has over nine years experience representing clients in other civil trial matters including toxic tort cases, construction litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Farrell has tried jury and non-jury cases in State courts throughout Texas, and represents clients in federal courts throughout Texas.
Mr. Farrell received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the South Texas College of Law in 1996 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Harris County Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
